Most would agree, life in the 21st Century can be difficult and world around us impacts our feelings about ourselves, and our future, as well as, our closest relationships. Sometimes we feel misunderstood, depressed, anxious and/or alone. If one happens to be moving through a life transition, or is having relationship difficulties it can feel overwhelming. In an effort to accept things as they are, and make peace with who we are, having a safe, healthy space in which to share and a compassionate professional to deeply listen and offer support is very helpful.
In a supportive, nurturing and safe environment, a person is able to tap into their own inner-wisdom and move forward in the balanced, healthy way. My approach is kind and down to earth. I use various evidenced based therapies depending on who you are and what your goals are. I truly care to hear your experience and offer various calming interventions and tools to sooth the most challenging aspects of one’s difficulties.
